Aram Stoop
Aram Stoop leads Bedrock Specialty and Marine, bringing over 20 years in insurance. He started as a marine surveyor, later headed loss prevention engineering, and spent more than a decade as a leading underwriter in marine builders risks. That technical, hands-on background shapes Bedrock’s disciplined approach to marine risk. At a market-leading MGA, he founded and grew a multinational marine division to the largest in Europe and was Managing Director of the Benelux business.
Pim de Pooter
Pim de Pooter leads marine underwriting at Bedrock Specialty, with more than 15 years of experience across the marine market. He started his career as a marine underwriter at a Dutch marine insurer, before spending more than eight years at a leading international marine insurer, where he held the position of lead class underwriter for a market-leading ocean and inland hull portfolio. At a market-leading MGA, he served as Lead Underwriter Marine Hull and later as Head of Marine, managing a large marine portfolio. His deep technical grounding underpins Bedrock's hands-on, pragmatic approach to the marine market.

Imke Swierstra
Imke Swierstra is Lead Underwriter Construction & Engineering at Bedrock Specialty. He has 14 years of experience in insurance and previously held the same role at a market-leading MGA. He specializes in building construction and superstructure, civil risks (CAR) and inherent defects insurance (IDI). His technical knowledge is the foundation for his hands-on, pragmatic approach.
Paul de Keijzer
Paul de Keijzer is Strategic Director Construction & Engineering at Bedrock Specialty, with 39 years of experience in insurance. He has successfully built Construction & Engineering portfolios from the ground up, at both insurers and MGAs. With his broad experience and extensive network in insurance and construction, he connects the client, broker and underwriter.
